By downloading or using the Screen Time Digital Detox application ("App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Screen Time Digital Detox helps users reduce their phone usage by blocking selected apps, providing real-time usage tracking via Dynamic Island, and offering personalized screen time statistics. The App uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls) to monitor and restrict app access.

2. Disclaimer

The App is a productivity tool and does not provide medical or psychological advice. The blocking mechanisms, statistics, and recommendations are for general digital wellness purposes only. App blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time API and may not work in all scenarios or on all devices. If you have concerns about screen addiction or digital wellness, consult a qualified professional.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly: $6.99/week with a 3-day free trial
• Monthly: $24.99/month
• Yearly: $99.99/year

Payment terms:

• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends

4. Free Version Limitations

The free version of the App includes:

• Blocking for 1 app only
• Unlock durations limited to 1 or 5 minutes
• No Dynamic Island timer
• Today's statistics only (no history)

Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited app blocking, all unlock durations (up to 3 hours), Dynamic Island countdown timer, full statistics and history, Lock Screen widget, and smart notifications.

5. Screen Time Permissions

The App requires Apple's FamilyControls authorization to function. By granting this permission, you allow the App to:

• Monitor which apps are used and for how long
• Block selected apps with a shield overlay
• Display usage reports via DeviceActivityReport

You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings > Screen Time. Revoking permission will disable all blocking features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of the App are owned by Astra Development and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any inability to access apps, lost productivity, or device functionality changes resulting from the use of Screen Time blocking features.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or payment mechanisms
• Use the App to restrict access on devices you do not own without authorization

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
